May 2011 Day of Service

The members of Radcliff UMC participated in their 3rd Day of Service since last year!  We have made a commitment to go out into the community at least once a quarter to do service projects for those who need help.  On Saturday, May 21, 2011 we helped several families in the Radcliff area by trimming bushes and/or removing dead ones, cleaning out gutters, washing siding on houses, planting flowers and spreading rock in flower beds, installing handrails on some basement steps, and installing a basketball goal.  We also distributed plates of cookies to various organizations and businesses in the community to thank them for their service.
