Welcome to the Radcliff UMC Kids Zone!

Radcliff United Methodist Church loves children and children love Radcliff United Methodist Church!  We have a vibrant Children's ministry that is packed full of loads of fun!  We invite you and your family to join us and experience the love of Christ first hand!

Sunday School

Radcliff United Methodist church offers Sunday school classes for all ages, Kindergarten through adults.  We also have a nursery available for infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers.  Our Sunday school classes meet on Sunday mornings from 9:45 a.m.- 10:45 a.m.  The Children's Sunday school program meets downstairs in the Kids Zone.  The children's lessons are creative and hands-on.  All the children meet together for the lesson, music, etc. and then they break into small groups for more one on one with adults.  We use curriculum from Group Publishing.  POC:  Denise Haynes, Sunday School Superintendent.

Children's Church Program

During the morning worship services the children have their own time of worship through our children's church program.  The children begin in the sanctuary and then head downstairs to the Kids Zone during the Passing of the Peace.  Mrs. Karen and Mr. Steve teach Kindergarten-2nd graders.  Denise Haynes teaches the 3rd-5th graders.  They have adult volunteers who rotate each week to provide extra assistance.  The children have a wonderful time learning about and experiencing the joy of worship at their own level.

Acolyte Program

Children are encouraged to sign up for the acolyte program.  Acolytes are used to carry in the light of Christ for our Sunday morning worship services.  Meredith Linscott is the acolyte coordinator.  Please contact her, if you would like to participate: meredithlinscott@yahoo.com
